Westdale Midlands, a principal contractor specialising in helping social housing reach net zero, is exhibiting at Homes UK at the end of this month.
Running from the 27th and 28th of November 2024, Homes UK is the largest free-to-attend conference and exhibition of its kind. With over 4,500 housing sector professionals visiting, it’s a hotspot of activity with discussions centred around increasing affordable housing supply and improving the quality and sustainability of existing social housing.
“With the rollout of wave 3 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), we know that Local Authorities and Housing Associations (LAHAs) are prioritising decarbonisation work,” said Adrian Bishop, Managing Director at Westdale Midlands.
“In this sector, finding the best supplier for unique housing stock requirements can be quite challenging. With our wealth of experience, Westdale has a proven track record of these types of projects, specialising in non-traditional construction properties, renewable energy and external wall insulation.
“What sets us apart is our focus on the communities that we work within. From working with local colleges to setting up our innovative training academy, providing job opportunities and training local people, to directly supporting existing local initiatives and charities; we leave entire communities in a better place.
“We value face-to-face interaction, which is why we’re choosing to invest in exhibiting at Homes UK this year. We look forward to having conversations with not only LAHAs, but also potential partners and collaborators, about what Westdale can offer and how that may benefit their local communities.”
To find out more about Westdale’s offering, visit them at Homes UK on 27-28 November, held at ExCeL, London at stand U400.
